Hi! I'm Stephanie Morrow.
I’m so glad you found your way here and while all the labels in our “knowing” barely scratch the surface of who we really are – This is where you want to know “who” I am. Wink!Wink!
I’m a Free Spirited and Intuitive Gypsy Soul, Way Shower, Mischievous and Loving StarLight that’s been a seeker in all things spiritual and mystical. With a gift of healing touch and the ability to connect to spirit – peoples higher spirit, animals and those who have crossed over.
I’m certified in Therapeutic Coaching, Trainer of Therapeutic Coaching, Excellence Coaching, Intrinsic Coaching, Reiki Practitioner/Master/Teacher, Craniosacral Techniques, NLP and HNLP Practitioner/trainer, Erickson Hypnotherapy, Floral Design, Jewelry Making, Creative, etc, etc.
The list goes on as I am a Jill and Master of many trades. I like to dabble in many things and find myself often saying yes to things I never thought possible.
I grew up in a resort town full of characters and people finding interesting ways of “making” a living. As a young woman – I had the desire to make it out of my small town to the city – it was so intriguing. The city is where “it” was happening.
I’ve since moved back into a small mountain and resort community. My soul needs wide open spaces to roam and feel free!
Throughout my life I've been an observer of humans, our spirits and the energy of who we are. What I've noticed is that people, everyday, amazing people – like you, are more tired now than ever. I feel it and see it everywhere --- it’s palpable, this rearranging of what we thought we knew and, now, seeking to know more. I believe most of us are “feeling” this shift.
Our souls are craving nourishment or soul food as I like to call it. That is why I started Steph Wisdom. It's a place where people can come and refuel their souls. And connect with the divine heart light of who you really are...You... are the LIGHT!
I love this beautiful planet, your amazing soul and animals of all kinds (well snakes and spiders do kinda freak me out – but I find them intriguing).

Reiki Master
Over the years clients have experienced: their bodies heal from pain, deceased loved ones come through with a massage, stuck energies release, relaxation that lasts for days and a new outlook on life.
Every person and session is a unique experience for both me as the conduit and for the receiver.
I feel that it is a true gift to hold sacred healing space for another soul. When a soul feels safe amazing insights and healing comes through easily and often messages come through from your higher self.
Reiki assists the body and spirit in aligning, balances the chakra system, boosts the innate ability to heal on every level: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and beyond.
Reiki simply means Universal Life Force Energy.
As a collective, people are in deep need of being touched in a safe and nurturing way and that’s what Reiki is.
This seemingly simple healing modality most people find very relaxing, can have both subtle and profound effects.
